Education Specialist

We are seeking a new team member with successful teaching experience in K-8 classrooms. A strong background in schools with a focus on equity, arts integration, literacy, student engagement and creating collaborative cultures in schools is essential.

Status:  0.7 FTE (Flexible schedule, 32 hours per week, 46 weeks, August to June), Non-Exempt

Schedule:  Generally this position follows our regular business hours (M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm), but flexibility is required – including some early morning and evening work

Supervisor:  Director of Arts Education

Compensation:  $45,000 to $53,000 plus pro-rated benefits based on FTE

Learn about the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running this program. Volunteer apprenticeships are offered three times per year, requiring a minimum of 10 hours of work per week.
