The Right Brain Initiative

Hey, fancy foodie—reap rewards for donating to Right Brain (incentive extended!)

December 18th, 2011 by Right Brain Team

Our Willamette Week Give!Guide campaign continues, in which we’re working to recruit 300 donors to contribute $10 or more to our program by December 31.

Here is our latest attempt to entice you to donate: Give any amount to Right Brain by 11:59pm on Monday, December 19 and be entered to win our awesome fancy foodie package, which includes not one but TWO $20 gift certificates to Veritable Quandary, a tour de pain at Pearl Bakery (that means you get a free fresh loaf each month) and a wine tasting at Berstrom Wines. One winner takes the whole package of prizes.

This incentive was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, but we’re extending it for a day because we were a touch behind in getting the word out and we want you to be able to cash in!

Don’t forget that this is also on top of our existing incentives—everyone who donates at any time will be entered to win a dinner for two with wine pairings at Genoa, the site of the most incredible Italian meal you can find in the Portland area; two tickets to see the Portland Timbers in the 2012 season; two tickets to see the Harlem Globetrotters at the Rose Garden this February; and one of two passes to our arts education symposium Imagine This!, taking place this June.

AND, of course, we’re giving out Right Brain swag depending on the level you give, and various prizes from local businesses courtesy of the Willamette Week. This is getting ridiculous, isn’t it? See the full list of incentives.

Of course, while we truly believe that good donors should be rewarded for their gifts, your real gift is the knowledge that you’ve invested in a vitally important education initiative, as we gather strength to make the leap from infancy to toddler-hood. Here is your chance to play a big role in helping us grow to bring deep arts education to every K-8 student and teacher in the Portland area. Will you be one of the 300 to pledge your support?
