Much like the television series Mad Men, our MadFed party and auction, put on in collaboration with the Portland Advertising Federation on April 7 was a huge hit. And phew! We think we’ve finally recovered from it all.
Guys and gals dolled up with their best ’60s attire raised nearly $8,000 to support the arts education of The Right Brain Initiative. The evening was filled with laughter and excitement, toe-tapping music, and great conversation about the importance of arts in education.
Photographer Robbie Augspurger captured the outfits and essence of the night at a 1960s-style photobooth. The image above is just one example. *See the entire photobooth series here.* (Thanks to our friends at the Community Warehouse for loaning us the furniture!)
