The Right Brain Initiative

Parent Advocate Training September 20

August 23rd, 2011 by Right Brain Team

We’re excited this year to step up our work with parents at our 25 partner schools. Right Brain Parent Advocates are invested in making sure that fellow parents and their neighborhood know how we serve their K-8 students. These parents communicate how this Initiative aims to catalyze long-term change within our region’s school districts. They build a base of local supporters. They host parent art nights at school. They assist with documentation of our work in the classroom. They step in to support their school’s Right Brain residencies in whatever way is needed.

If you’re a parent at one of our schools, please come to our training to learn more about how you can serve as a Parent Advocate for Right Brain.

Be a part of this new program, made up of a regional coalition of parents working for creative change in our public schools.
